Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using https://bionicbooksubscription.com.au/ website and the Bionic Book Subscription book subscription service (the "Service") operated by Bionic Book Subscription (change this) ("us", "we", or "our").

Your use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Subscriptions

The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, either monthly or every two months depending on the subscription you choose. 

For the one book per month subscription, you will be billed for the first month of service on the day that you subscribe to the Service, then on the same day of the month you subscribed each month after the first month.

For the one book every two months subscription, you will be billed for the first two months of service on the day you subscribe to the service, then on the same day of the month you subscribed every two months after the first two months.

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account at https://bionicbooksubscription.com.au/account/login and clicking on Manage your subscription. You can also email us at bionic@bionicbooksubscription.com.au or use the contact form at https://bionicbooksubscription.com.au/contact-us to request your subscription be paused or cancelled.

Changes 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
