Delivery & returns
Book are sent out twice per month, on the second Wednesday of the month and on the fourth Wednesday of the month.
When your book will be sent out depends on when you signed up for your subscription. If you signed up after the third Wednesday of the month and before the first Wednesday, your book will be sent on the second Wednesday. If you signed up after the first Wednesday and before the third Wednesday, your book will be sent on the fourth Wednesday.
If you have received a gift subscription, your sign up date is the date you complete the taste questionnaire.
Books are sent with Australia Post - you will be emailed tracking details when the book is sent.
If you have already read the book you are sent, or you don't think you'll love it, you can return it free-of-charge for an exchange or refund.
We'll provide a return postage label free-of-charge, just get in contact with us via the contact form or at email@example.com to organise the return. You'll just need to print the return postage label and affix it to the parcel the book was sent in.
Books must be in as-new condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
